Ok i watched it and it was sad. I love Sandy and Top. They looked good together!
My PLOT::basically is like this..like any other korean drama. Sandy and Top were together and they were happy..till Sandy got sicked..since she doesnt want to cause TOP any pain becoz of her sickness, she ran away, hoping that might ease his pain sooner or later..maybe TOP thought that she ran away coz she didnt love him anymore or something and was mad at her..but eventually he found out the real reason to it and went off to look for her..but it was too late..Sandy passed away..

o: I’m not korean so I don’t really get the story? Like I do, basically Sandara and Top are lovers right? and they loved each other so much and top even gave her a ring. But then what happened did she leave him? He was obviously regretting something and they were trying to contact each other? O_O and then yes she obviously died and he cried which was ahhh so touching i loved the ending. But I don’t really get the middle story plot
